Haitian Bain Fey/Herbal Bath-COMING SOON
Bain Fey is a traditional Haitian postpartum herbal bathing practice passed down through generations to support a mother's recovery after birth. This three-day ritual uses specially prepared herbs and warm baths to encourage rest, comfort, and healing.
Traditionally, Bain Fey is used to:
Ease postpartum muscle soreness and tension
Promote relaxation and a sense of warmth
Support comfort during postpartum recovery
Encourage rest and restoration after birth
This practice may also be offered following miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion as a way to honor the body's need for healing and restoration.
