Belly Binding- Introductory Sessions Available

I’m currently completing additional hands-on training in Malaysian-style postpartum belly binding and am offering a few discounted sessions for postpartum mothers in the Greater Boston Area.

Introductory Rate: $50

Each session includes an in-home belly binding application, guidance on wear and care, and a handmade 100% cotton bind for you to keep.

As part of my training, one session may be recorded for mentor review. Recording is completely voluntary and used only for educational purposes.

In exchange, I ask for honest feedback about your experience. This is a chance to receive postpartum body support at a reduced rate while helping me continue growing as a practitioner.

Haitian Bain Fey/Herbal Bath-COMING SOON

Bain Fey is a traditional Haitian postpartum herbal bathing practice that has been passed down through generations to support a mother's recovery after birth. This ritual involves the use of specially prepared herbs and warm baths over the course of 3 days to support the body's natural healing process after pregnancy.

Traditionally, Bain Fey is used to

  • Ease postpartum muscle soreness

  • Support circulation

  • Loosening up the tense, tight muscles post birth

  • Helps retain body heat during the healing process

  • Encourage the body's recovery after birth

This practice may also be offered following miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion as a way to honor the body's need for healing and restoration.
