Hi, I’m Elizabeth

What began as curiosity about cycle tracking turned into a deep passion for fertility, reproductive wellness, postpartum recovery, and holistic women’s health.

After earning my BS in Nutrition from Boston University, I continued pursuing this passion as a Full Spectrum Doula and incoming master's student in nutrition. My approach is rooted in traditional Haitian healing practices while also incorporating Malaysian-style belly binding, allowing me to offer care that honors diverse traditions of recovery and healing.

My Approach

I believe postpartum-style recovery support should not be limited only to parents with living children. Individuals recovering from experiences such as stillbirth, miscarriage, abortion, or other forms of pregnancy loss may also desire nurturing physical and emotional care during their healing process.

Even without a living child in their arms, many people still experience physical recovery, hormonal shifts, and emotional transitions that deserve intentional support and care.

Offerings such as belly binding, herbal baths, or gentle postpartum support can provide a sense of grounding, comfort, and reconnection with the body during these deeply personal experiences.

Haitian Tradition

My approach is deeply inspired by Haitian postpartum traditions, including the use of herbal baths (bain fey), yoni steaming, and Malaysian-style belly binding which honor rest and healing throughout postpartum recovery and/or experiences of loss.

Growing With Intention

This space will continue evolving with future offerings centered around fertility nutrition, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and holistic women’s wellness as I continue my journey toward becoming a registered dietitian.
